Well some parts have turned up in preparation for the arrival of the PCB's. The PCB's are probably still a couple of weeks away. They have been dispatched but HK Post seems to be a bit like the queue at the Greek Grocers in town... sometimes it's quick and sometimes it's slow! As you can see, the pads on the processor are fairly DIY friendly. Even with my aging eyesight I usually find these ones OK. Was a bit sad when I found that all the back lit LCD's had disappeared from Element14... and its a fairly freaky footprint... I also managed to get the wrong footprint 3.3V regulator. Hopefully not a sign of things to come!
