To do too much more testing I need to finish the board stuffing... Usually when bring a board up I don't just stuff everything and stand back and see what happens! Power supplies followed by the CPU and basic interface, Audio Out then lastly the Analog In. Still need to clean up the ADC code a bit as currently has a nice clean interface but a bit processor heavy... more DMA eventually...
