Well the PCB's have been designed and are off to Hackvana in the next day or so.

It is designed to be as DIY friendly as possible -- the ONLY surface mount part is the CPU which has been chosen to be 0.8mm  pitch to be as easy as possible to solder. The board does have a few interesting mechanical issues to make it as small as possible. It would certainly not be easy to mass produce...
